We clean our body with a good body wash that does not irritate our skin or leave it feeling rough, then we put body cream on our body after to condition our skin so it will moisturize and leave your skin feeling soft. The same thing goes for your hair, you use a good ingredient shampoo to clean your hair that does not irritate your scalp, and leave your hair feeling hard, then you put a good conditioner on it to moisturize and help the hair become manageable and soft. This has to become a routine. We don't want to wait until we have health problems to start eating and drinking right. The same with your hair, don't wait until it is damage to start showing care to it.
